[ad_1] I spent the day in Hartford meeting Democratic and Republican Representatives in the Connecticut Assembly. It was an extraordinary day. The Senate, in an historic move, voted unanimously to approve Richard A. Robinson as the first African-American Chief Justice of the Connecticut Supreme Court. I was introduced to the House of Representatives by Tom O’ Dea, my competitor in the race to represent the 125th District. We got a standing ovation. [ad_2] Source

[ad_1] Tonight I attended ICT4 – Indivisible Connecticut 4: An evening of Action. The night was awesome because of the number of people, the issues they raised, and the opportunity to develop an understanding of the issues that are so important to Connecticut’s future. I was amazed at the number of people I already knew – and very happy to have so many people interested in my campaign. It was also great to have a moment to reconnect with Congressman Jim Himes.
